After Amaravati Amareshwara temple, we visited the ancient Vynkuntapuram temple located on the bank of River Krishna. There are two temples, one at the hilltop and one at the bottom. We visited the temple at the bottom of the hill. The hill is also known as “Krouncha Giri”. Here Lord Venkateshwara Swamy is self manifested inside a cave. Having centuries of history not much is known about the temple, but the temple is place for many auspicious rituals and ceremonies.

Poojas are not performed after sunset in this temple for many centuries, Idol bleeds from the chest, hence Sandals are kept away. There are many interesting facts and power about these temples which must be experienced by visiting.
